I wanted to choose something novel that was not well known in the fitness industry.
And, something that delivers huge results consistently!
Enter, The Infinity Walk!
The Infinity Walk is a great example of what we call an integrated drill.
It takes great visual skills, great vestibular skills and great proprioceptive skills all coming together in one exercise!
We have used the The Infinity Walk to help people eliminate pain, improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, improve spinal mobility, visual skills and athletic performance!
And, it’s just plain old fun with so much potential for creativity!
Dr. Sunbeck was the original creator of The Infinity Walk in the mid 80’s.
She designed a whole curriculum around it to help people with various sensory disorders.
I learned about The Infinity Walk through Zhealth Education and the neurology supporting it.
Since then, I have developed dozens of variations and we are excited to share some of them with you!
