Exercise should be governed by your body’s response, not by a clock

exercise should not be governed by a clock

Not everyone responds equally to the same stimulus.

This is the cornerstone of our business and success with our clients.

A novel idea that has taken a while to work its way into the health and fitness world.

And it still has a long way to go.

The effect that exercise has on the body is different for each individual.

I find myself educating people on this topic more than anything else.

This is why at TMP, we use a brain-based approach to fitness.

Everything we do is assessed.

Every repetition is assessed.

It’s the only way to know if you’re hitting the target.

Exercise needs to be governed by the response of our body.

Not a clock.

Not a set number of repetitions or a program that worked for someone else.

How do you know what is working for you?

Self-assessment is key!

Stay tuned!

I’ll give you some simple ideas soon!
