You don’t have to love fitness to obtain its benefits!
You have to understand how to create fitness out of your own interests.
Or, how to pursue fitness through fun.
“Play” is the missing link.
Play is what gets lost at a certain age.
Play has all the qualities we are after with fitness.
I have adult clients that come to me scared to play.
Embarrassed, when smiling is the outcome of movement.
But, once they re-enter those familiar feelings of play, its often the reason they return.
