Your brain is designed to keep you exactly the way that you are.
It’s more predictable and safe.
Your brain is masterful when it comes to habit change.
It will get better at whatever you use it for!
That means it has no problem getting better at the wrong things!
It’s about efficiency and survival.
It’s up to you to create enough repetition of the right behaviors so that you can earn them permanently.
Otherwise, there is no logical reason for your brain to decide to change.
It would be too energy expensive and threatening to deviate from its original behavior.
