Kathryn Gorczyca’s Bio:
I’ve been moving since the age of three. With a background in dance, I understand that the mind can get in the way at times, and my goal as a student and teacher is to connect the mind and body through movement and embodied expression. I graduated from Radiant Yoga School as a 200-hour RYT under Chanel Luck’s guidance in March 2016. Off the mat, I work in Brookline as a masters level mental health clinician and expressive arts therapist, specializing in anxiety, bereavement, post-adoption support, and mindfulness. You can expect to find a slow and steady rhythm in my class to deepen the connection between mind and body, thoughts and actions, breath and movement. I am deeply grateful for my teachers Chanel Luck, Grace Muron, and Pamela Newman for guiding and supporting this eye-opening and heart-opening journey.
Tuesdays at 7am. Don’t miss it!
