Yoga at The Movement Project

 We are now offering Yoga at The Movement Project! TMP has teamed up with Katie Gorczyca to offer some gentle stretching and flow each week on Tuesdays at 7am. Katie has a wealth of experience in the mind-body connection and utilizing the arts as a form of therapeutic expression. Beyond her exceptional talents, she also has a warm, loving, and inviting personality that is sure to brighten your morning.
